Shannen's Day in Court

Shannen appeared in court today for charges of alleged DUI. She had pleaded "not guilty" via her lawyers appearance last month, for a continuance due to her work schedule. She now has submitted a plea of "no contest". What this plea means is that she has not admitted guilt, but has agreed to accept a lesser charge. She will have to reappear back in court in June 12th for sentencing. The Whole Story |
